Unfortunately, law enforcement does not always investigate crimes with the tenacity and vigor as many victims would expect. This could be due to heavy caseloads, understaffing, or most commonly, a lack of evidence or "workable" information. Many of these cases require time to develop leads and/or evidence. This is where our investigators take over. With over 50 years of combined law enforcement experience investigating homicides, burglaries, robberies, domestic violence, and other felonious and misdemeanor crimes, our investigators will attempt to develop a case and bring those responsible to justice.
Maybe you have an idea of how you or someone else ended up being wrongfully accused. You might have a strong gut feeling of what really happened, but no real proof. Our criminal defense investigators can follow up on your suspicions and turn your theories into facts. We look for witnesses or evidence that may help mitigate charges our clients are facing. Our successes include full dismissals and significantly reduced charges and/or jail or prison time.
